Your tasks
- Continuous market development and expansion by finding new customers and distributors
- Consulting and support of KATHREIN DS distributors, agencies as well as system integrators for complex solutions in the field of satellite reception technology and in-house mobile communications (passive DAS)
- Development of strategic sales concepts as well as analysis and evaluation of competition and prices
- Planning and control of sales projects in conjunction with product management, marketing and external partners
- Responsibility for volume forecasting and budgeting together with customers and distributors
- Presentations at trade fairs, training courses, lectures and workshops incl. guest services also outside normal working hours
Your profile
- Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification with technical and commercial focus
- Proven experience in establishing and winning international customers, ideally in the field of modern electrotechnical building services engineering
- Several years of professional experience in international sales and hunter mentality
- Strong communication skills, distinct enthusiasm and the ability to explain complex systems in a comprehensible way
- Business fluent in German and English and a third foreign language from the European region is an advantage
- High willingness to travel throughout Europe
