Branching elements, distributors and attenuation for antenna systems

Whether satellite system, cable TV network, or terrestrial distribution – taps, splitters, and attenuators ensure clean signal distribution within the receiving system. Splitters are frequently used when a signal needs to be evenly distributed among multiple subscribers or lines. Taps are primarily used when signals are selectively extracted from a main line. Attenuators further assist in adjusting signal levels appropriately and ensuring stable transmission. Depending on the application, versions with or without diode decoupling are available, for example, when the direction of voltage flow within the system needs to be specified.
