SAT>IP

With SAT>IP, the satellite signal is converted into IP data streams and can then be distributed via existing network infrastructure. This allows satellite television to be used not only with traditional receivers, but also on internet-enabled devices such as tablets, PCs, smartphones, laptops, SAT>IP-enabled receivers, or compatible TVs. Depending on the installation, distribution can be achieved via LAN, K-LAN, powerline, or Wi-Fi through a router. This makes these systems ideal for modern living environments, flexible TV distribution, and reception solutions where satellite television is desired independently of traditional antenna connections.
