With the portable and fully automatic CAP 550M plus, you can reliably receive satellite television even on the go. Simply set up the antenna at your desired location, and it will automatically align itself to Astra 19,2° East. This way, you can enjoy your usual TV and radio programs while camping or traveling.
Classic satellite reception on your television
The CAP 550M plus is designed for connecting a television with an integrated satellite tuner or an external satellite receiver. The antenna uses the connection to supply the TV or receiver with the received satellite signal. This allows you to watch your usual programs on your television, even when you're on the go.
Live TV and radio directly on smartphone and tablet
With KATHREIN SAT to Mobile, you can conveniently enjoy live TV and radio on your smartphone or tablet. The transmission takes place via the free CAPcontrol app directly from the satellite dish to your mobile device. No mobile network, Wi-Fi, or paid data plan is required. This is ideal for campsites and pitches where a reliable internet connection is not available.
Automatically aligns and quickly ready to receive signals.
Once set up, the CAP 550M plus automatically searches for satellites. The antenna aligns itself fully automatically to Astra 19,2° East and typically enables TV reception within approximately 90 seconds. Manual alignment or time-consuming readjustment is unnecessary.
Compact, portable and fully equipped
Thanks to its compact design, the CAP 550M plus can be flexibly set up, transported, and stored away again after use to save space. The complete package includes the CAP Converter V2 and the UFZ 132 WLAN USB stick for using KATHREIN SAT to Mobile with the CAPcontrol app for iOS and Android. An integrated anti-theft device also provides additional security for the antenna at the deployment site.
