Signal conversion, processing and distribution

Your repair center for headend technology (UFO series), distribution technology (e.g. multi-switches, distributors, splitters, antenna sockets) as well as amplifiers (e.g. VOS, VWS, VCA/VCB series)

Your unit will be repaired by the responsible repair centre within the scope of the warranty. During the warranty period, you can also send the device to our service center free of charge via your specialist dealer from whom you purchased your device.

If a repair is not covered by the warranty, you will receive a cost estimate from our service centre. In the case of processing without a warranty claim, a flat-rate inspection or processing fee plus VAT will be charged. Return postage charged. If you refuse the repair, we can dispose of the device for you free of charge. In this case, the review or processing fee does not apply.

To order a repair

  • Before sending the product under complaint, please check that there is no incorrect operation or installation. If in doubt, contact our technical customer service department
  • Please use the repair accompanying bill for sending in the device
  • Pack the device securely accordingly. We do not assume any liability for damage during transport.
  • Send the package including the completed repair receipt and proof of purchase to our service center at the address below. Please make sure that your package has sufficient postage.
